Each delivery includes simple care instructions specific to your plants. We also send out a seasonal email guide with watering tips based on weather.

We want you to love your planter! If there’s damage or a quality issue, just reach out within 3 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

All of our pots are pre-planted with seasonal designs thoughtfully curated by our team. At this time, we’re not able to accommodate custom plant requests. If you are interested in custom planters, visit www.porchpetals.com

We’re an online-based business, and all orders are delivered directly to your door

Yes! While we don’t plant directly into your container, our pre-planted pots can be placed right inside your existing planter. Measurements for each collection are listed so you can ensure a good fit. We also sell a planter perfectly sized for popping your planter pot inside!
